Dubbed the “Phoenix 1000,” this is a 213-foot personal luxury sub built for Ernst Stavro Blofeld an unnamed client for an undisclosed price 78 million bucks. 5000 square feet of living space and it even has its own diver lock-out chamber and mini-sub for all those secret missions fun excursions.
